PAPER SUBMISSION (CALL FOR PAPER)

Papers will be selected based on one page abstract. Long Abstract submitted should include the title of the paper, authors’ names and affiliations, a concise statement of the problem, method of approach, results and discussion, and conclusions. Please identify the corresponding author. For abstract template, please click here to download.

All the student participants are very welcome to join in the Student Paper Contest. After the notice of abstract acceptance, those who are interested in the Student Paper Contest, please upload your long abstract before October 7, click here for the template. It is noted that the Student Paper Contest is hold only when the competition papers are more than 10.

The official language for this conference is English. Please prepare your abstract, long abstract, presentation charts, or poster in English as well as the explanation and Q&A during the presentation/poster session. For presentation charts or poster, please click the corresponding words, respectively, to download.

Your abstract will be submitted in one of the conference sessions. For a description of each session, please go here.

Each paid registrant will be limited to one presentation. Participants may be an author of multiple abstracts, but may be the presenting author of only one abstract.

You can choose to present your work in oral or poster form.

Abstracts are to be submitted through the on-line submission system. The file size is limited to 5MB.

Once successfully submitted, you will receive an email notification that the abstract has been received. If you do not receive an email notification within 24 hours, contact us at iCASE2021@nspo.narl.org.tw.

Your abstract will be reviewed by the experts of your selected session. We anticipate that notification of your abstract acceptance or rejection will be made by September 23, 2021. The accepted abstracts to be presented will be published in the conference program. Only pre-registered abstracts done by paying the registration fee by October 25, 2021 will be included in the conference program.
